Q-How do the parties work?/ How many people can you accommodate?

A-We allow the party to occupy our entire spa. We create a party room in our master II suite where the entire party can be together and enjoy each other's company, food & drink.. Services take place in our other suites. We can accommodate parties
of up to 15 people. While services are going on, the party continues.

Q-What services can we do?/ Can we decide during the party?

AEACH PERSON ATTENDING THE PARTY MUST DO AT LEAST ONE SERVICE (massage, facial or body treatment). You can also do any of the packages we offer (depending upon time constraints)./No-all services need to be decided at the time the party is reserved.

Q-How much does the party cost?

A-This is entirely based on the services requested, food budget and
the number of people attending the party.

We allow each person to pick any service or package that we offer,
with the exception of *manicure/pedicure.* We only offer this as an accommodation to any main service (massage, facials, body treatments).

EXAMPLE
In this example, there are eight people each having a one hour European Massage. Also a food budget of 160 was set by the party.

*If anyone does more than one service, just add either the additional
service cost or total package cost. Gratuity is included in all of our services and packages.

Party fee of 200 entitles the party to have an extra hour together in the party room once all the services are completed. Also soft beverages are included and we supply one bottle of complimentary wine / and or champagne for each group of four people. (in this example two bottles would be supplied.)

Q-Can we do manicure/pedicures?


A- Yes, if there are at least 4 services requested, we are happy to provide one nail technician (in the party room) to perform services throughout the party. The cost is 27.50 for a spa manicure, 47.50 for a spa pedicure. (gratuities are included)

Q-How long does the party last?

A-It’s mostly up to you. Just let us know how many people are in your party and the number of services requested, and we’ll work with you to make sure you have enough time to enjoy everything. To give you an idea, most parties of 8 people where each person wants one hour of services would last about 3 hours. If more services are requested, the party would last longer.

Q-How does the food work?/Can we bring our own?

A-You determine the food and budget - it's entirely up to you. We will
get you anything that you require. We either work with fine area restaurants
or will go wherever necessary to get what you want. We also work
with an executive chef that cooks and serves right in the master suite. We work with wonderful bakeries, so cakes can be customized if desired. You can't bring in your own food but we allow you to bring in wine or alcohol if you wish.

Q-What days/nights do you perform the parties?

A-We offer our services Tuesday through Sunday.

Q-Do you offer a stay over?

A-No-we are a day spa only. However, there are fine hotels within
minutes of our spa. If you would like, we can give you a list.

Q-When we reserve the party, do we give a deposit?

A-Yes, we require a $250 non-refundable deposit (which will apply to the
total party cost). Also, we require one credit card to reserve for the
balance of the party. We deal with one person only (the contact person)
for the entire party (services for each person, food (if applicable)
and payment of the party. The entire party cost must be settled in full
upon arrival for the party.

Q-How do cancellations work?

A-Any cancellations prior to one week before the spa party, you will lose the $250 non-refundable deposit. After we confirm, (one week before the spa party) there are no other changes or individual cancellations allowed; all cancellations are charged at full value.
