We require a credit card or a village spa gift certificate to hold your
appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed (Weekdays-approx. 24hrs
from appt. time / Weekends-approx. 48 hrs. from appt. time / Spa Parties-One
Week from appt. time), any subsequent cancellations will be charged
at full value of the service(s) requested.This applies to gift certificates
as well.
Note 1 - Gift Certificates
Please allow at least a minimum of one week to schedule an appointment. All gift certificates are subjected to a black out period during Mother's Day and Valentines week.
We follow the New York State Gift Law. Gift certificates do expire. The expiration date is on the gift certificate. Gift Certificates sold prior to August 22nd, 2010 -You have 3 months passed the expiration for us to perform the service. Any time after that we will not honer the certificate. *Beginning August 22nd, 2010 - Gift Certificates expire after 5 years. *NOTE - If the certificate has not been used within 15 months from the purchase date there might be a charge to reflect either a change in our cost, or a change to the service or package purchased.
Village Spa or any other gift certificates are not accepted for spa parties. Spa parties are any group of 5 people or more.
Spafinder and Spawish gift certificates are not accepted for any of our specialty services between Friday thru Sunday.
All packages need to be completed in one day. You can change the services but we do not break up packages.
